VISION
The Add-Vantage envisage a world where:
- everyone has a true understanding of the nature of ADHD, and how the female experience can be different from the ‘expected’ presentation
- where girls and women with ADHD receive the early targeted support they need to flourish, and where they access the same opportunities as their peers
- where girls and women with ADHD can embrace their strengths and qualities to thrive, growing into the best versions of themselves.
MISSION– HOW WE WILL WORK TOWARDS THE VISION?
We will work hard to support girls and women to live well with ADHD through awareness, advocacy, education, coaching and creating community.

SO WHAT’S NEXT ?
OUR CURRENT PROJECTS SEEKING FUNDING
Project 1. We’re excited to be able to let you know about the soon-to-launch mentor programme, which will see women living with ADHD being trained with the skills to effectively mentor children and young people within educational settings, ensuring that the next generation are not left waiting to receive quality support and guidance needed to live well and reach their individual potential. This is a big project where we are seeking funding that will assist with not only the training but gathering specific data and research with the aim to developing/improving current policies in early help and support.
Project 2. We are continuing with our Hertfordshire-based Community Hub for women with ADHD, this project was launched last year and has seen real impact in the lives of local women. The community hub meet several times throughout the month and has become a safe haven for many, where like minds can come together to connect, learn and laugh with one another. It’s primary aims to prevent isolation within the community, provide support, awareness and education. We are seeking funding for this service to develop the outreach project and have greater impact and reach.
