ADHD, Sex and You!‘ – a dynamic and fun (we hope!) session for ADULTs who live with ADHD and/or for those whose intimate relationship partners have ADHD.

The evening will begin with Dr Lyne Piché presenting on how ADHD can impact our sex lives. This will be followed by our ‘fireside chat’, when I will be putting your questions to our expert speaker.

Research has identified that ADHD can create unique sexual challenges. In this session, we will discuss the link between ADHD and sexual desire, orgasm, hyper-sexuality, sensory concerns and sexual transitions.

Understanding the link between ADHD and sexuality may help us resolve sexual problems, better communicate with health care and mental health professionals as well as enable us to discuss our sexual needs with our partners.

The goal of this session is to increase your own awareness of sexual issues that may be related to ADHD in order to help you communicate about sexual issues more productively with both partners and professionals alike.

Young Peoples Youth Group:-

We are excited to offer a relaxed social group for local girls with ADHD and related conditions – starting in the Autumn Term.

Sele Farm Community Centre – 25 Perrett Gardens

It will be facilitated by women mentors with lived experience of ADHD, who all have enhanced DBS certificates and the relevant safeguarding training.

A minimum of two mentors will be available each session.

We hope to offer a fortnightly 2 hour session on a Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm for girls aged 12-16 years

In our group coaching, there’s no masking, no pretending, no performing as ‘normal.’ Just ADHD women showing up as they are and discovering they’re not just wanted, they’re needed. This is what belonging feels like. We don’t need to become someone else. We need to become MORE of who we already are, who we were made to be.

All women with ADHD symptoms are welcome to join these interactive workshops over two sessions, but please note that you need to be available for all sessions. You are welcome and are encouraged to participate in the discussions and share thoughts and experiences, but also join and listen with your camera off if you prefer. In order to protect privacy the workshop will not be recorded.
